The annual Young Scholars symposia bring together current and past Scholars to share news about their research. This year's symposium features the 2006 Scholars, who will present their research progress. The keynote speaker is Dr. Oliver Smithies, Excellence Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and 2007 co-recipient of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.
