Deadlines Invited proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on August 15 for consideration at the Foundation's December board meeting, and by 4:30 p.m. on February 15 for consideration at the June board meeting. If either date falls on a weekend, the deadline is extended to 4:30 p.m. on the following Monday. (Deadlines are based on Pacific Standard Time.) We appreciate early submissions. Unsolicited proposals are not accepted at any time. Proposals received after the deadlines will not be considered.
